Sayku is a hip-hop artist and creative originally from Boston, now based in Brooklyn, New York. Drawing from his background in music, sound engineering, and production, he is creating an original hip-hop manga with himself as the main character. The story blends music, culture, and personal experience, pulling heavily from his roots in Hip Hop and his journey as an independent artist. After winning the Lobel Music Group global competition and releasing the project Either Way under Steve Lobel’s LMG label, Sayku now channels that same artistic vision into a new narrative format, expanding his world beyond music and into manga.
